Alessandro de Concini is Head of Representation of the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Albania since October 2025. He joined the EIB Group in 2009 and since then held different roles both at the European Investment Fund and at the EIB. Between 2020 and 2025, he was in charge of public sector and banking operations in North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania. Prior to the EIB, he held different finance roles in Europe and in the USA with General Electric, and between 2005 and 2006 he worked for the Corporate Relationship Management team of HSBC Bank in Milan and London. Alessandro holds a Master of Science in Quantitative Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
