Miguel Romanillos leads AI for the Investment Lifecycle (ILC) at Mubadala, driving the adoption of AI to accelerate investment processes, enhance decision-making, and unlock value across the ILC. Prior to joining Mubadala, Miguel was a Director in Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity practice, where he also served as Head of AI Products, leading operational improvement and business transformation programs for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, he held management roles at EY and Accenture, focusing on technology-driven business transformation and operational excellence. Miguel has a background in engineering, complemented by studies in Business Management and Administration, combining technical expertise with strategic and commercial acumen.
