Marko Nikolić joined Siemens in 2005 in Automation and Drives Sales department. His permanent employment at Siemens started at 2007 as a Sales Engineer in Industry Automation department, with responsibility to deliver the Simatic products and systems to end customers, partners, and internal customers. During career at Siemens, he changed several positions and responsibilities: In 2011 - leading role in the technical support team from Siemens for implementation of new Simatic standard in greenfield automotive factory of FIAT in Kragujevac. In addition, he developed a know-how as a certified Sitrain trainer and established local Sitrain training center in Serbia, for which he was responsible till 2016. 2014 - Appointment as a bid manager for project business in Industry Automation and Drive technologies 2015 - Bid management team leader within new department Digital Factory / Process Industries and Drives created by merging with Oil&Gas Business. 2016 - In addition to his previous engagement, he was appointed as a Sales Manager and Minerals business responsible in DF/PD solution business. 2019 - Appointed as a Head of minerals Business in POC LDA. 2021 - Appointed as a Head of Portfolio Company Large Drives applications. Effective from July 1st, 2022, Marko Nikolić took over the responsibility as CEO of Siemens Large Drives d.o.o. Beograd, soon to become Innomotics d.o.o. Beograd. In December 2024. was elected as President of Board of directors of CANSEE - CANADIAN-SERBIAN BUSINESS ASSOCIATION.
