Ilias is the CTO of TwinLogic Solutions and a researcher at the SCANlab laboratory of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). TwinLogic Solutions is a deep-tech startup developing scalable Computer Vision (AI C2 systems) and Digital Twin solutions for Defense, Civil Protection, and Energy/Security infrastructure. Furthermore, the company has perfected proprietary long-range geolocation software (silent targeting) without the need for a laser rangefinder, suitable for both the armed forces and civil protection (smoke/fire geolocation). Finally, it is developing the first Greek autonomous UAV flight system for GNSS-denied and communication-denied environments, featuring a hardware-agnostic architecture that eliminates the need for additional specialized equipment.
