Jort specialises in growth capital, equity capital market and (public) M&A transactions. Jort has gained broad experience in advising companies and investors in the full life cycle of companies, including (early stage) equity financing rounds, IPOs and exits (both private M&A and public takeovers). Jort has also gained experience on US deals while he was seconded in Silicon Valley.
