Dimitra Efthimiadou is an experienced Greek journalist with extensive expertise in the healthcare sector, health policy, and the pharmaceutical industry. A member of the Athens Daily Newspaper Editors Association since 1998, she has more than 25 years of experience working for leading print, online, and television media outlets. She is currently the General Manager of healthreport.gr, a leading healthcare news portal, and Health Editor at ethnos.gr. Born in Germany, Dimitra Efthimiadou grew up in Düsseldorf and Athens. She studied European Culture through the EAP University program and majored in Journalism at the Journalism Workshop. She also holds a Master's degree in the Organization and Management of Health Units from the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In addition to her work as a health editor, Dimitra provides media and crisis communication training for healthcare executives and politicians. She also designs and delivers personal and professional development programs for leaders, helping them align their business goals with effective communication strategies. Dimitra has extensive experience in the creation, development, and management of healthcare-focused websites. She regularly moderates and coordinates scientific medical conferences and other events aimed at raising awareness and supporting prevention initiatives on important health issues. She is fluent in Greek, English, and German.
