Richard is a Partner at Oneglobal Broking, a London headquartered specialty insurance brokerage. He works closely with his colleagues in Oneglobal's Athens office. Richard began his career as a corporate lawyer – first in private practice, and then in-house. He pivoted into Transactional Risks (M&A) Insurance in 2019, gaining experience at two of the world’s largest commercial brokers. Richard divides his time between Warranty and Indemnity, Tax and Legal Contingent (Litigation) Risk Insurance placements. These are tools to help dealmakers unblock negotiations, protect valuations and secure investments. He has a particular interest in Greek M&A, and boundary-pushing applications of Tax and Legal Contingent Risk Insurance.
