Spiros Milonas studied Business Administration at the Athens University of Economics and Business and holds an International MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Spain. He has worked in Greece, Belgium and France in multinational organizations such as LG Electronics, Hewlett Packard, Sony Ericsson and the European Commission. Before starting Krataion Consulting in 2013 his last position was Head of Sales for Southeastern Europe at SonyEricsson, overseeing 6 countries. He specialises in the areas of change management, organisational culture and systemic health. He has supported in the integration of M&As such as Resolute Group, MarineTraffic and Worldline while he has worked closely with companies in different markets and industries such as Google, Coca-Cola, Sanofi, PWC, Ebay and PWC. He is a certified Change Practitioner and a systemic constellations facilitator which allows to explore deeper dynamics and root causes when dealing with organisational change.
