Darija Marković Raščanin is a Lead Architect at Delta Real Estate, where she has been engaged for a decade on some of the most prominent and complex development projects in Serbia and region. Throughout her professional career within the company, she has held various positions and contributed to the planning, coordination, and realization of major investments across different sectors, including retail, hospitality, mixed-use, and large-scale commercial developments. Her experience includes work on landmark projects such as shopping mall developments, hotels, and the reconstruction and revitalization of the Sava Center. Currently, Darija is engaged as Project Manager on “Delta District,” one of the most significant contemporary developments in Belgrade, where she oversees complex project processes and coordinates teams involved in the delivery of this large-scale investment. She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Belgrade University.
