Dimitris Liakos is a senior professional with substantial experience in strategy, economic policy, banking, and investment management. Since 2019, he has served as Senior Management Advisor in the Strategy Division of Eurobank. He has also held key public sector roles, including Deputy Minister to the Prime Minister, Chief of the Economic Office at the Prime Minister’s Office (two PMs), and Special Adviser in major government institutions, contributing to economic policy planning and implementation at the highest level. Earlier in his career, he held senior management positions in the investment and mutual funds sector, with responsibilities in fund management, investment strategy, business development, and sales leadership. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Piraeus and an MBA, and has earned professional certifications in portfolio/fund management and mutual funds advisory
