Andreas Hellmann is Director of International Outreach, Tax and Regulatory Policy at the Tholos Foundation, the international sister organization of Americans for Tax Reform (ATR), a Washington, D.C.- based taxpayer advocacy and policy research organization. A passionate advocate for free markets and limited government, Andreas focuses on issues of international taxation, new forms of digital taxation, regulation, and antitrust reform, with a particular emphasis on how these policies affect American businesses and global competitiveness. In his role, Andreas works to build and strengthen coalitions with center- right partner organizations across Europe and around the world, connecting policymakers, advocates, and thought leaders who share a commitment to economic liberty and sound tax policy.
