George Nounesis is a Partner at EY Greece Consulting, bringing extensive experience and a keen interest in Emerging and Disruptive Technologies, as well as Defence Innovation. He currently chairs the National Council of Research Technology and Innovation of Greece. Previously, he served as the Director and Chairman of the Board of the National Centre for Scientific Research “Demokritos” for over eight years, he chaired the Advisory Board of NATO’s Secretary General on Emerging and Disruptive Technologies and was a member of the Board of the Hellenic Space Center.
