Konstantinos Dermanis is a senior investment professional with 20 years of experience in
private equity and investment banking. He has advised on over 30 transactions with a total
value exceeding EUR 7 billion, and has successfully led 20 private equity investments across
multiple sectors, including technology, pharmaceuticals, food, telecommunications & media,
industrials, and financial institutions.
He is a Founding Partner at Deca Investments, a leading private equity fund with EUR 348
million in assets under management, focused on investing in Greek companies with strong
fundamentals and attractive return potential. Konstantinos serves on the Investment
Committee and the Board of Directors of the Fund’s Investment Manager and is actively
involved in the strategic oversight of several portfolio companies.
Prior to founding Deca, Konstantinos was Assistant Director in Eurobank’s Private Equity
division, using capital from the bank’s balance sheet and structuring co-investments with
family offices. During his tenure, he executed five investments in SMEs across the food,
waste management, recycling, packaging, and technology sectors.
He began his career in the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse in London, working
with both the Greek coverage and TMT (Technology, Media & Telecommunications) teams.
He later joined Eurobank’s investment banking team, advising on M&A, capital markets, and
privatization transactions.
Konstantinos holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc in Banking and Finance from the ICMA
Centre, University of Reading, and a BSc from the University of Birmingham.
